Terms

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms apply to Christian Message Network, a Christian content and ministry platform operated by Epic Innovative Enterprises, LLC. They are written for the platform CMN operates today and do not assume accounts, comments, payments, advertising, or other features that are not currently offered.

1. Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of christianmessagenetwork.com, associated CMN subdomains, newsletters, and digital communications that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

Christian Message Network (“CMN”) is a platform and brand operated by Epic Innovative Enterprises, LLC (“Epic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). CMN is not a separate legal entity.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. About Christian Message Network

CMN shares Christian messages, biblical encouragement, ministry information, and related resources intended to help people and families grow in faith. The Services may evolve, and we may add, revise, suspend, or remove content or features at any time.

CMN is not a local church and does not create a clergy-member, pastor-member, counselor-client, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship merely because a person reads, subscribes to, or communicates with the Services.

3. Eligibility and Minors

The Services are intended for a general audience. Children under 13 may not submit personal information through the Services. A minor should use the Services with the involvement and guidance of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

By submitting an email address or other information, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and that the information is reasonably accurate.

4. Faith-Based Content

CMN content reflects a Christian perspective and is provided for general informational, educational, devotional, and ministry purposes. Scripture, Christian teaching, relationships, family life, grief, hope, spiritual growth, and other subjects may be discussed or applied to everyday life.

Christian traditions and individuals may interpret Scripture or ministry questions differently. We do not promise that every reader, church, denomination, or Christian organization will agree with every statement, interpretation, recommendation, or conclusion.

5. No Professional, Pastoral-Care, or Emergency Services

The Services do not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, clinical, therapeutic, counseling, or other licensed professional advice. Content is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, legal opinion, financial plan, or substitute for individualized advice from a qualified professional.

CMN is not an emergency service, crisis line, or continuously monitored pastoral-care channel. Do not use the Services to seek urgent assistance. If you or another person faces immediate danger or an emergency, contact local emergency services or another appropriate qualified resource.

6. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for lawful personal and noncommercial use.

You may share links to public CMN pages and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution when permitted by law. Any broader reproduction, republication, distribution, commercial use, or creation of a substitute collection requires prior written permission unless an applicable law clearly allows it.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, server, system, or network;
  • interfere with security, availability, performance, or normal operation;
  • introduce malicious code, automated abuse, spam, or deceptive communications;
  • impersonate CMN, Epic, another person, church, ministry, or organization;
  • remove ownership notices or use CMN branding in a misleading way;
  • scrape, harvest, systematically download, or extract substantial portions of the Services without written permission;
  • use substantial CMN content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or validate a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model without prior written permission; or
  • encourage or assist another person in violating these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, CMN’s original writing, design, logo, graphics, organization, code, and other original materials are owned by Epic or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Bible translations, Scripture quotations, photographs, fonts, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be governed by separate terms. A reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

“Christian Message Network,” the CMN logo, and related visual identity may not be used in a way that suggests affiliation, approval, or endorsement without written permission.

9. Email Updates, Communications, and Feedback

When you join the CMN email list, you request ministry communications at the address provided. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email. Subscription handling is described further in our Privacy Policy.

Do not send highly sensitive, confidential, medical, financial, or emergency information by ordinary email. We cannot promise that an unsolicited message will be confidential, reviewed immediately, or answered.

You may send suggestions or feedback. Unless we separately agree in writing, feedback is provided voluntarily and without a duty to compensate you. We may use general suggestions to improve CMN, but you retain any ownership rights you otherwise have in original material you submit.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, websites, email providers, Bible resources, social networks, or other services. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy notices, accessibility limitations, and security practices.

We do not control or guarantee a third-party service and are not responsible for its content, availability, acts, omissions, or practices. Access a third-party service at your own discretion and review its terms.

11. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

We work to provide a reliable and helpful platform, but we do not promise that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, current, accurate, or error-free. Content may contain typographical, technical, editorial, or interpretive errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, to the extent those disclaimers are permitted by law.

We do not guarantee any spiritual, personal, relational, family, financial, health, ministry, or other outcome from using the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Epic, CMN, and their owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services.

These limitations apply whether a claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or another legal theory, and even if the possibility of damages was known. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of this section may not apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. General Legal Terms

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No waiver

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with an organizational restructuring, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Services or related business.

Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement concerning your use of the current Services and replace prior discussions or terms concerning the same subject, except for a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Epic.

14. Changes, Suspension, and Contact

We may update these Terms as the Services develop. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after revised Terms become effective means you accept the revisions to the extent permitted by law.

We may restrict or suspend access to protect the Services, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or respond to conduct that may harm users, CMN, Epic, or third parties.
