1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Epic Innovative Enterprises, LLC (“Epic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information for Christian Message Network (“CMN”). It applies to christianmessagenetwork.com, associated CMN subdomains, subscription forms, newsletters, and related digital communications that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Christian Message Network is a platform and brand operated by Epic. It is not a separate legal entity. This policy does not govern a third-party website or service merely because CMN links to it.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

• Subscription information: your email address, subscription status, and related preferences when you join the CMN email list.
• Communications: information included in an email, privacy request, accessibility request, or other message you send us.

Information generated through the Services

When you visit the website or receive an email, limited technical records may be generated automatically. These may include your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, date and time of a request, requested pages or files, security events, email delivery status, bounces, unsubscribe activity, and—when enabled in our email-service settings—basic email engagement information.

Information from service providers

Our hosting and email providers may return operational information to us, such as whether a page request succeeded, an email was delivered or rejected, or an address unsubscribed. We do not currently buy personal profiles, mailing lists, or audience data from data brokers.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• process and confirm a subscription request;
• send welcome messages, Christian messages, biblical encouragement, ministry updates, and related communications requested by subscribers;
• manage subscriptions, preferences, bounces, and unsubscribe requests;
• respond to privacy, accessibility, legal, or general inquiries;
• operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Services;
• detect or prevent spam, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
• understand basic service performance and email deliverability; and
• comply with applicable law and protect legal rights.

We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, or access to essential services.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The current landing page does not intentionally set advertising cookies or behavioral-tracking cookies. The signup form is provided by MailerLite, which processes the email address you provide to manage your subscription.

Hostinger and MailerLite may process ordinary technical records needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and measure their respective services. These records may include request metadata, network identifiers, timestamps, security events, email delivery status, and unsubscribe activity.

Your browser or these service providers may use technologies that are strictly necessary to provide or protect their services. We will update this policy before intentionally adding advertising or behavioral-tracking technologies to CMN.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Hostinger provides website hosting and infrastructure. MailerLite provides the embedded subscription form, confirmation process, email automation, delivery, unsubscribe processing, and related email operations.
• Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect rights, safety, and security; or to investigate misuse.
• Organizational changes: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the platform or business, subject to applicable law.
• With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or otherwise authorize the disclosure.

Service providers process information under their own legal terms and privacy practices. We select providers for operational purposes, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely risk-free.

6. Email Communications and Your Choices

When you submit the subscription form, you ask CMN to send email communications to the address provided. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email.

After an unsubscribe request, we may keep a limited suppression record containing the email address and opt-out status. This helps us honor the request and avoid resubscribing the address accidentally. Transactional or legally required messages, if any, may be handled separately from subscription communications.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining a requested subscription, honoring unsubscribe records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and why it is needed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under our control. These include server-side form processing, request validation, anti-spam controls, restricted configuration files, and secure transport where available. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A child under 13 should not submit the subscription form or send personal information to us.

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided personal information may contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights concerning personal information we maintain about you. These may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information, and the right to withdraw consent or object to certain processing.

To submit a request, email privacy@epicienterprises.com. Please describe the request and the email address involved. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10. International Visitors

CMN and Epic are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where applicable, we and our providers use legally recognized mechanisms for relevant data transfers.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to websites, social platforms, Bible resources, or other services operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. Review the privacy notice of a third-party service before providing information to it.

12. Changes and Contact Information

We may update this Privacy Policy as CMN changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
